RETENTION

active. If you request account deletion, we will purge your personal
identifiers from our systems within 15 days, though anonymized product
ingredient data may be retained to improve our global auditing database.

7. DATA DELETION REQUESTS

Account" feature in the app or contact us at info@vouchapp.in. Requests
are processed manually until our automated system is fully integrated.
8. NO SENSITIVE PERSONAL
DATA
Vouch does not
intentionally collect "Sensitive Personal Data" such as health
status, genetic data, or biometric data unless explicitly provided by you
(e.g., if you choose to list a specific allergy). Such data, if provided, is
treated with enhanced encryption and security protocols.
9. THIRD-PARTY
DISCLOSURE & DATA TRANSFERS
We do not sell,
rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with trusted
service providers (such as cloud hosting providers in India) strictly to
operate the App. We ensure these partners maintain the same level of data
protection as required under Indian law.
